Process of Air Cleaning

Filter efficiency is the most important quality control test for an air purification system. A combination of processes is built-in to arrest or filter different contaminants. HEPA, MERV & Anti-microbial filters are incredibly effective at capturing almost every size of a particle, be it viruses, bacteria, pollen, PM2.5, allergens and more.

Gaseous contaminants, molecules and VOCs are eradicated by the use of specialized impregnated adsorption media. The Vita-Aire™ media works best to remove toxic, corrosive, irritant, odorous gases and smoke.

Anti-microbial Filter

Arrests and deactivates germs and microbes

HEPA Filter

Arrests and removes up to 99.97% of airborne allergen pollutants

After-Filter

Captures dust particles and helps increase life of HEPA filter

Media Section

Removes pollutant & odorous gas molecules by adsorption

Pre-Filter

Captures large particles, dust & dirt

5 STAGES of FILTRATION

Gaseous Contaminant Control

Adsorption

The odorous and pollutant gaseous molecules adhere to the substrate and cling together by physical forces.

Chemisorption

The adsorbed Odorous and Pollutant gaseous molecules chemically react with impregnates present inside the substrate thereby forming neutral compounds which remain embedded inside the media. Further, biological microbes are oxidized and entrapped in the media.
